Since 2004, the Off Center Cookers team
has loaded up and headed south to participate
in the HLSR's Championship Barbecue Competition
where we represent Angelina County Go Texan.
Proceeds from this event provide scholarships
for deserving kids in our area to attend
Texas colleges and universities.

to feast on award-winning barbecue
while participating in one of the world's
largest cookoff events.
